Excellent stay
quiet environmentheated poolbarista coffee
The hotel provided a late checkout. The location was also good plus I appreciated the quiet environment, it ensured restful nights. I found the heated pool very nice, a welcome amenity for relaxation after a day of exploring. I really enjoyed the barista coffee at breakfast, it offered a great start to each day.

ineffective air conditioninglimited entertainment
i found some issues . the air conditioning was not effective on the first night. staff initially assured me they would investigate, but upon returning from dinner, the room remained stuffy. also, the hotel lacked any movie options (no pay-per-view, cable tv, or smart tv), so i could not stream anything.

A Decent Stay

The room included two separate sinks. The Highlander Bar had unique decor. I found the cocktails nice. I was grateful for the car parking place, as it was very convenient. The hotel is handy to the city.
The breakfast room needs a good cleaning. The seats are tired. The carpet is shabby. There were no covers for the tables, and only paper napkins were available. I think this hardly fits with a 5-star hotel.
